Yale SOM alumnae are invited to attend the Boston Women’s Circles event taking place at the Hotel Commonwealth on Tuesday, November 12th.
Join fellow alumnae for dinner and discussion about a new program offering connecting Yale SOM alumnae in Boston across generations, industries, and life experiences to support and learn from one another, ask big life questions, and share experiences of personal and professional transitions.
Meet Becca Constantine ‘19 who will introduce the Women’s Circles program developed at Stanford University and share research showing the impact Women’s Circles have on women in the workplace. Hear from a group of Yale SOM alumnae in Boston who participated in a pilot of the program last year.
The evening will close with a sample Circle exercise led by Becca on Power and Influence and information about how you can become involved in the next round.

Becca Constantine ’19 MBA facilitates Yale SOM’s Circles program, which she models on findings from Shelley Correll's Center for the Advancement of Women's Leadership at Stanford University. She came to Yale SOM from that Center has stayed in touch with Shelley and her team as she helped Yale SOM launch Alumnae Circles here in Boston, as well as for current students at SOM.
