Join Robin & Jeffrey Selden, Managing Partners of Marcia Selden Catering & Events, as they walk you through a wonderful summer menu that you can enjoy in your own home.

Celebrating their 41st year, with their Mother Marcia at the helm, this dynamic sibling duo and their team orchestrate over 1000 events a year to include premier parties and weddings throughout the tristate area. Jeffrey is President of the International Caterers Association and is the past President of the NYC Chapter of the Wedding Industry Professionals Association (WIPA). Robin is a past President + Chef of the Year of the International Caterers Association (ICA) and was invited to cook at the famed James Beard House which has been postponed due to Covid 19. They have offices and operations in Stamford Connecticut as well as an office and venue in New York City.
 
Siblings Marcia and Jeffery will walk you through, step-by-step, in making the following cocktails and courses:
  • Drinks: Aperol Spritz & French Blonde
  • Dishes: Fresh Heirloom Tomato Soup & Spring Green Risotto

When: Wednesday, July 29, 2020 | 6:00pm–6:45pm ET
Where: All registrants will receive the Zoom link, shopping list, recipes, and prep work on Friday, July 24th. After the live event, all registrants will receive a link to the recording.
